This policy explains what Foundry XD LLC, doing business as FoundryXD, handles across foundryxd.com and the private Discord application ("Overseer") we operate.
foundryxd.com is a static informational site with one form. We do not sell personal data. If you email us, we receive the contact details and message you choose to send, and use them only to respond and to provide our services.
The "Start a project" form sends three things to our own server: which kind of work you picked, which tier you picked, and the email address or phone number you typed. Nothing else from the page is sent. We store it to answer you and to count how many enquiries the site receives. It is held in Cloudflare Workers KV in our own account, is not shared with any advertising or data broker service, and is deleted on request. If the form cannot reach our server it opens your mail app with the same three answers instead, and in that case nothing reaches us until you send the email yourself.
We operate a private Discord application ("Overseer") used only within our own team workspace. It is covered by its own application privacy policy.
Information you provide directly (such as your name, email, and project details when you contact us or engage our services), and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) that hosting providers log for security and reliability.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, injects Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports page views and referrers in aggregate and does not use cookies or fingerprinting. Payments are taken through Stripe, which applies its own privacy policy to the details you enter on its checkout page.
To respond to inquiries, deliver and maintain client work, operate and secure our website and applications, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed, or when required by law.
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to legal and contractual limits.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
